I3Bs Researcher Receives Scientific Merit Award 2026

The I3Bs – Institute for Biomaterials, Biodegradables and Biomimetics celebrates an important milestone, as its Vice-President and Principal Researcher of the 3B’s Research Group has been awarded the Scientific Merit Award 2026.

The distinction was granted by the University of Minho during the celebrations of its 52nd Anniversary, recognising outstanding scientific contribution, academic excellence, and research impact.

This award represents a significant recognition by peers and institution, reinforcing I3Bs’ position as a leading international research centre.
