Move Forward. On the true cost of the decisions we postpone and what prevents us from making them. With real stories and a practical model on how to decide when clarity is lacking. “

The session will be led by Pedro Resende, founder of KNDRED Co.

Pedro Resende spent 12 years leading teams in highly demanding corporate environments, from creatives to top executives. Along the way, he accumulated difficult conversations, real mistakes, and a conviction: the greatest challenge for those who lead is not managing time, but the impact of the decisions they make… and those they postpone.
