This week another workshop took place within the scope of the Set.Up IN(dustry) acceleration program.
Under the theme Strategy and Business Model, the workshop allowed participants to understand the application of strategic analysis processes in the elaboration of the Business Model Canvas model for the development of their businesses.
The guest trainer was Alexandre Mendes, with basic training and a postgraduate degree in Psychology. He worked in HR departments of large companies, was co-founder and business developer of Os Tais (from Video), Factory Braga’s Chief Knowledge Office and director of StartupBraga.
