Yesterday took place at AvePark the launch event of Set.Up (IN)dustry, which presented the 15 teams selected for the first phase of the program.
In the session, which respected all the necessary hygiene and safety measures, the 15 participating teams were presented, which are developing products such as intelligent textile solutions for health promotion; reuse of textile materials to increase the reuse of materials in the textile industry; sustainable transport solutions; smart products for societal challenges and sustainable technological processes for the textile sector.
Set.Up (IN)dustry is an intensive startup acceleration program, developed by the Municipality of Guimarães, through Set.Up Guimarães and Guimarães Marca and in partnership with TecMinho, which aims to support the new generation for development and the growth of business ideas, creating a connection between new entrepreneurs and the industries that are part of the Guimarães Marca project.
