Open notice for accreditation of Companies – Component C16 – Companies 4.0
The Notice for Accreditation of Service Provider Companies in the Transition Services Catalog, within the scope of Component 16 – Companies 4.0, is open until 7pm on September 19, 2024. This Notice, No. 18/ C16-i02/2024, aims to carry out the Accreditation of Suppliers to provide services, to be included in the Digital Transition Services Catalog.
Companies will be able to submit their applications from August 5th, the date on which the application form will be available, via Balcão dos Fundos.
It aims at service proposals in at least one of the following areas:
– Customer Relationship
– ERP, Processes and Automation
– Business security
– Data and Business Intelligence
– Supply Chain Management
– Advanced Technologies
– Industry 4.0
– Building Information Modeling
Among others (see notice), it considers the following eligibility criteria for promoters:
a) Develop a main or secondary economic activity, within the scope of one of the following CAEs:
061 – Telecommunications;
062 – Computer consultancy and programming and related activities;
063 – Information service activities;
b) Have demonstrable experience of 3 years of activity in at least one of the previously mentioned CAEs;
c) Have a staff composed of at least 3 human resources (not including interns, independent workers, contract employees, external consultants and unpaid managing partners), proven through Social Security remuneration statements for December 2023 and the month prior to the application date;
The incentive system, by which this Accreditation will be covered, in a Notice to be published later, will consist of the attribution of a Coaching 4.0 voucher, with a fixed value corresponding to 10,000 euros per beneficiary company, based on the Digital Transition Services Catalog.Prevê – reach 4,000 SMEs.
A digital maturity tool will also be made available on the platform where the Catalog services will be available, which will aim to guide companies, whether or not they benefit from incentives, for investments to be made in digital based on the categories of services available.
This investment aims to encourage the integration of technology in companies, supporting the development of processes and organizational skills that foster the digital transformation of the organizations’ business model.
