EXPERTISSUES is a Network of Excellence (NoE) funded under the 6th Framework Programme (FP6) and comprises 23 partners from 13 different countries, including 19 original members and 4 second-tier members who joined the NoE without additional funding. The objective of the EXPERTISSUES NoE is to address and overcome the fragmentation of European research in the field of bone and cartilage tissue engineering, as well as to consolidate excellence in the field of Tissue Engineering and Regenerative Medicine (TERM) through the establishment of a European Centre of Excellence with branches in all partner organisations.
