Applications for the Inclusive Employer Entity Brand at IEFPonline are OPEN from January 2nd to March 3rd, 2025.
The Inclusive Employer Entity Brand is intended to promote public recognition and distinction of open and inclusive management practices, developed by employers in relation to people with disabilities.
The Brand is awarded to employers who contribute to the implementation of an inclusive labor market and distinguish themselves through reference practices in the following areas:
- Recruitment, development and professional progression;
- Maintaining and resuming employment;
- Accessibility;
- Service and relationship with the community
Entities that stand out for exemplary practices in all areas are awarded the Inclusive Employer Entity Brand — Excellence.
The Inclusive Employer Entity Brand will be awarded by a Jury, made up of representatives of business associations, trade unions, social economy organizations, organizations of entities that support people with disabilities and public administration.
Applications will be analyzed by a committee of experts, made up of people with relevant professional experience in the fields of human resources management, corporate social responsibility nominated by organizations in the field of management and social responsibility
