IEFP promotes inclusion with the 5th Edition of the Inclusive Employer Brand

The Institute for Employment and Vocational Training (IEFP) has launched the 5th Edition of the Inclusive Employer Brand, an initiative aimed at recognizing entities committed to inclusive and socially responsible management practices. Applications are open until March 3, 2025. 

The initiative focuses on valuing measures that reduce accessibility barriers, whether physical, in transportation, services, or communication. The goal is to promote the recognition of organizations that stand out in creating a more accessible and inclusive job market for people with disabilities. 

According to the IEFP, these difficulties represent a significant obstacle to the full participation of people with disabilities in the labor market, reinforcing the need for business practices that promote diversity and inclusion. 

The Inclusive Employer Brand is awarded to companies and institutions that demonstrate a commitment to inclusion, particularly through workplace adaptations, fair recruitment policies, and initiatives that support the employability of people with disabilities. 

Applications for the 5th edition are open until March 3, 2025, and must be submitted through the Iefponline portal. Interested entities must register in advance if they are not yet enrolled on the platform.
